From 3rd October to 28th October 2023, the Cultural Zone at Al Bidda Park has become a gateway to the ancient East at Expo 2023 Doha. The Traditional Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition, open to the public, offers a fascinating look into the vibrant and diverse tapestry of China’s cultural heritage, which has captivated visitors from around the globe.

The exhibition presents a wide array of ceramic sculptures with a glimpse into ancient Chinese daily life and highlights various flora and fauna that hold significance in Chinese culture. The exhibition is divided into two sections, with the northern part of the exhibition, located in the Cultural zone of Expo 2023 Doha, which introduces China’s intangible cultural heritage through informative panels and sculptures. This includes up to 518 items, all related to various cultural facets including literature, music, folk dances, customs, expressive rituals, ancient opera, storytelling, purple clay pottery, and traditional medicine.
